PTRC Privacy Policy
Your privacy and personal information is very important to PTRC. You will find a link to this page on all pages of our website and highlighted on any pages that require personal information. This policy explains our online personal information practices.
For most pages on the PTRC website, you will be able to visit and use those pages without giving us any personal information. On any pages where some personal information is required for example: signing up for training at PTRC, contacting PTRC or placing an order the user will only be required to provide the information we need to fulfill that request.
PTRC uses any personal information it collects in the following ways:
- To contact the user when additional contact is necessary to fulfill the needs of the user.
- For internal reports in formats that allow us to conduct analysis so we can better suit our clients needs.
- For reports required by state and federal agencies regarding training or government contracts.
- To help develop business and professional relationships with our clients both governmnet and private.
PTRC does not use cookies on it's website at all.
PTRC reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time for any reason including changes in our internal policies or new laws or regulation. Any revisions will be posted in this policy as soon as they are in effect. This policy is not intended, nor does it create any contractual agreement, or any other legal rights in or on behalf of PTRC.
